How to Book a Cuba Tour with Authentic Cuba Travel®

You can book your escorted Cuba tour online with our easy to use and secure online booking tools. Simply, search for your favourite tour for 2025- 2026, and click on the Book Now button in the floating red menu at the top of the page. Keep reading for further details.

Step 1. How to Find your Escorted Cuba Tour.

You can search for your favourite Cuba escorted tour in several ways. But the easiest one is just to click the Quick Cuba Tour Finder tool below!

Step 2. How to Book your Cuba Tour (No Credit Card Needed)

Once you have selected your escorted Cuba tour, you need to book your space in the tour. Please, click on the Book Now button in the red top floating menu of the tour you have chosen.

If you do not have an account with us just yet, you will need to create an account to complete your booking. It will take only a few minutes and it will save your typing fingers when completing your booking information. By creating an account with us, you will also be able to add Cuba tours to your Wish List, and have 24/7 time acces to your booking information, payment history and balance and other details such as referral discounts, early bird discounts, extra services requests, ect.

Submitting your booking information is the most important step to secure your place in the tour of your choice. Booking registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability. Most tours are limited to 15 to 25 participants.

Step 3. Follow Up!

Congratulations! You are now officially BOOKED! for your Cuba tour, and we are holding your seat for 7 business days.

We will contact you to provide further details on your Cuba trip such as Deposit Payment, Air Roundtrip Itineraries, Payment Options, License Advice and Procedures (for USA travellers only), Travel and Medical Insurance, and other details.

Step 4. Tour Deposit.

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your participation (see terms & conditions). Your tour deposit is good for life though!

You can pay your deposit by personal or company cheque (check), credit card cheque (check), bank draft, counter and officials cheques (checks), and postal money order. Please, make your cheque (check) payable to:

After the publication of the new updates to the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (31 CFR Part 515) on February 6, 2025, none of the existing 12 categories of Cuba legal travel have been eliminated, the US embassy in Havana will remain open and commercial flights from USA will continue to Havana and resume to other Cuban destinations such as Holguin, Matanzas (Varadero), Santa Clara, Camaguey and Santiago de Cuba. Authentic Cuba Travel® offers travelers a $100 referral discount per person in all our Cuba tours to make it more affordable for friends and families travelling together.

Couples traveling together automatically get a $200 discount ($100 per person).

You will also receive a $100 discount per each person that joins you on the trip. Invite 1 friend to join you and pay $100 less. Invite 2 friends and pay $200 less. Invite 3, and pay $300 less, and so on.

The people that travel with you will be grateful as they will also get an additional $100 per person discount.

For example, if you invite 8 people to join in, you will receive an $800 discount. Your friends also receive a $100 discount per person, for a total group discount of $1,600.

If you happen to recruit 2 more travelers, for a total of 10 people besides you, you will receive a complimentary ground package! Yes, if you are able to recruit 10 travelers, you will pay nothing, cero, nada for your ground package!
